About Elisa Pulliam

While Elisa wears many hats, she has one mission . . . to inspire women to unlock their God-given callings (yes, plural) and purpose for the sake of impacting the next generation.

She is passionate about living from the overflow, which means this mission starts first in her personal live before unfolding in her business, writing, speaking, and ministry. As the owner of the Kaleo Agency, a life coaching and leadership development company, Elisa works with women as well as students in all areas of personal, spiritual, and professional growth. She also the founder of More to Be, an organization devoted to equipping women to embrace biblical mentoring relationships.

Elisa’s first traditionally published book, Meet the New You: A 21 Day Plan for Embracing Fresh Attitudes and Focused Habits for Real Life Change, released in December 2015. It’s a foundational tool she uses with her coaching clients, as it is designed to help women get unstuck as they encounter God personally and put into action biblical truths and life coaching principles relevant for their life today.

Elisa is also is the author of Impact Together: Biblical Mentoring Simplified, which not only focuses on mentoring but considers the importance of understanding generational differences. Elisa frequently teaches on the topic of mentoring and generational differences, inspiring women to implement a One2One Mentoring Ministry for women at their churches as she has done at her own.

In addition to Elisa’s coaching and mentoring endeavors, you’ll also find her contributing to,,, and on the leadership team of, as well as a speaker at women’s events and MOPS groups.

Elisa considers her most important hats to be the ones she wears at home within her family . . . as wife to Stephen for more than 20 years, and mom to four amazing children, who she lovingly refers to as the littles (son and daughter sixth grade, yes twins) and the bigs (tenth and twelfth grade daughters).

“I too was so blessed by your talk! My daughter is turning 11 next month (my oldest) and I also work with the teen girls at my church and your words were incredibly helpful. My girl is a strong LEADER , and I so long for our relationship to bring glory to God and for her to be blessed in it. So, thank you.” ~ Becky
“With humility and calling, Lisa has poured out her heart over the years to my dorm of 32 girls ranging from ages 12-18. Her transparency and genuine passion to share God’s healing grace and power in her life have touched the lives of so many of our girls dealing with issues of abuse, relationships, sex, marriage, abandonment and forgiveness. Her story has been used to penetrate masks and walls and probe the deeper issues of the heart’s cry for fulfillment. There were numerous comments indicating that her openness in sharing, as well as the topic she chose, ministered on a deeper-than-surface level. I’m confident that God used it to touch hearts and give them a more balanced perspective on what it means to be beautiful in God’s eyes.” ~ Joyce Musser, Women’s Ministry Director

Lisa is warm, inviting, honest, and real and makes one feel comfortable from the start! I’d highly recommend life coaching with Lisa. I know you’ll be blessed by the journey!” Kathyrn M.
